Cohn Changes Plea To GuiltyAccording to newly filed papers in federal court, Four Star executive Mark Cohn has pleaded guilty to fraud and conspiracy charges. Cohn had previously entered a not guilty plea to criminal charges filed against him by the U.S. Attorney's Office. Cohn faces up to ten years in prison and will be sentenced on January 28, 2008 at 10 a.m. before Judge Philip S. Gutierrez, Courtroom 790, Roybal Federal building, 255 E. Temple Street, Los Angeles.
