New Documents Posted: Complaints Against Cohn, Anson & Garrett
New court documents have been posted on the documents section of this website. They include a lawsuit filed by a Four Star creditor alleging fraud and misrepresentation, conversion and willful misconduct. The suit was filed in April 2004 by MaxMin Yield Investments Limited Partnership against former Four Star principals Cohn, Anson & Garrett. Also at issue in the case is a $3.3 million judgment against Four Star and its principals.
